Premium Black Striped Sunflower Seeds by Nature's Nuts - 16 lb Bulk Bag for Wild Birds, Backyard Feeding & Outdoor Wildlife Attraction

I have purchased this product several times in the past. I'm not sure if it's always been of this poor quality, but I was extremely disappointed with the bird seed I received. In fact, I hesitate to call this bird seed as I would even feel badly throwing it on the ground for the squirrels. All 16 pounds went directly in the trash can. I have included pictures for your reference. One is of good quality striped sunflower, while the other is the Chuckanut product. As you can see, it looks like it was trampled by an elephant. Not only are they much smaller, but only half of the seeds remain intact. The whole point of buying striped sunflower is to keep the house sparrows away. Many of the sunflower seeds were outside the shell and completely squashed / powderized. Spend $7 more and get the 20-lb Kaytee seed - it's a no-brainer.
