DO NOT BUY. Hello ppl, God honest truth, these item sucks to infinite power. These are way small in size n wiggle too much. I used 8 bolts to tie down. 2 of them got after tighten n when i tried to take them out 2 got stuck. I forced to unscrew the t nut spined inside deforming my rail. I had to cut it out after damage. Yes i used 3/16x 16 screws. Buy 1in by 3/16 by 24in metal bar and drill hole then use tap thread to make thread. Cut the metal bar to 2in to however long you need to tie down your items. It will be snug fit works perfectly. Build your own since all of the in the market are same crap. Thanks. You can ask me i can advise you how to make your own.
